Refund Policy
1. General Policy – No Refunds
All sales made through ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms) are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are non-refundable and non-reversible except as expressly required by applicable law.
2. Drop-Shipping Disclosure
ATF operates as a drop-shipping retailer and logistics facilitator.
All items are shipped directly from licensed distributors, manufacturers, or fulfillment centers and are not handled, inspected, or modified by ATF or its employees at any point.
Accordingly, ATF does not verify, inspect, or warrant the condition, quality, performance, or legality of any item shipped.
You acknowledge that ATF acts solely as a pass-through intermediary between you and the product manufacturer/distributor.
3. Manufacturer Responsibility
Any defects, malfunctions, damages, or discrepancies must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer or distributor.
Manufacturers are solely responsible for their own warranties, quality control, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
ATF is not a manufacturer, importer, or modifier of any firearm, alcohol, tobacco, ammunition, or accessory, and makes no express or implied warranties of any kind.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products sold by ATF are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
Any warranty arising from course of dealing, performance, or trade usage; or
Any representation that products will meet specific performance or safety expectations.
You assume all risks associated with the use, possession, storage, and transfer of any product purchased through ATF.
5. Inspection and Acceptance
You are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any concerns, defects, or claims relating to the product’s condition, quantity, or description must be directed to the manufacturer or shipping carrier. ATF bears no liability for losses, damage, or errors arising from third-party handling, shipping, or fulfillment.
6. Returns Sent to ATF
Any unauthorized returns, chargebacks, or shipments sent to ATF will be refused or disposed of without notice, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing through ATF, you expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback or reversal of funds for any reason other than proven fraud.
All disputes or chargebacks filed with payment processors will be contested with documentation and may result in suspension of account privileges and recovery of costs, fees, and attorney’s fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
ATF and its affiliates, officers, members, and employees shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any product, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive.
In no event shall ATF’s total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product in question.
9. Governing Law and Venue
This Policy, and all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of ATF’s website or products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and you irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
